You can check your application status on the official portal at e-visa.gov.uz using your application reference number and email address. You'll also receive email updates at each stage of processing.

If your payment fails, check your card details and try again. Ensure your card is enabled for international transactions. If the problem persists, contact your bank or try a different Visa card.

Once submitted and paid, applications cannot be modified. If you made an error, you may need to submit a new application. Contact support immediately if you notice critical errors.

If your photo doesn't meet requirements, you'll need to upload a new one that complies with ICAO standards: white background, clear face visibility, no shadows, and proper lighting.

Unfortunately, visa processing fees are non-refundable, even if the application is denied. This policy covers the administrative costs of processing your application.
